So, What's Happening?

Our website platform, Shopify, recently updated its system for how all subscription payments are handled. It’s a positive change for better security, but it means that for some customers, their saved payment details need to be re-entered.

For your protection, your details weren't moved over automatically during this update. If your account is one of those affected, this is why your recent payment may not have gone through.

What You Need To Do

To make sure your next order ships out without a hitch, we just need you to re-enter your payment details in your secure account area. This will reconnect your subscription to the new Shopify system and get everything back on track.

Your Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click here to be taken straight to our secure login page.

  2. Once you're logged in, head to the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section of your account.

  3. Next to your active subscription, simply click ‘Update Payment Method’, re-enter your card details and save the changes.  (Yes - even if the card details are the same!)

That's all it takes! Your subscription will be active again, ready for your next delivery.
